Today's post is an old Buffalo Sabres blue jersey. This jersey is a replica of the jerseys worn on the road by the Sabres from 1983-1996. The Sabres are my second favorite NHL team to the Minnesota Wild, and I love their classic uniforms. This particular jersey is replica, XL.
Team: Buffalo Sabres (NHL)

Today's post is one of my rarest jerseys, and one of the weirdest hockey jerseys ever. It is a replica 1998-2003 Phoenix Coyotes alternate jersey. This jersey is XXL (a bit too big on me), purchased this past summer at a tiny sports shop in Toronto, Ontario. I was browsing the store when I came across this gem. I knew how rare it was and I quickly put together a deal with the shopkeeper.
Perhaps by simply looking at this jersey, you will understand why it is so strange. Never before had there or has there been a jersey like this. A coyote head as the crest, an odd "desert at night" scene. A plethora of interesting colors. It is truly a unique jersey.

With Thanksgiving being tomorrow, I decided I would share an old NFL jersey. Today's post is an Emmitt Smith jersey. It is a replica of the "double-star" jerseys worn by the Dallas Cowboys for several games as an alternate jersey.
This jersey was first seen in 1995, a year after the white version was worn as part of the NFL's 75th Anniversary throwback policy. In 2001, this jersey was worn by the Cowboys on Thanksgiving day. It was worn on the same day until 2003. This specific jersey is replica, size 52.
Team: Dallas Cowboys (NFL)
Years Worn: 1995, 2001, 2003
Acquired From: Thrift World, Omaha, NE

Today's post is a hockey jersey! It is the Minnesota Wild 3rd jersey, first worn last season. This is a replica jersey, size XL. This is one of my favorite hockey jerseys (not just because they are my favorite team...). I think the colors are awesome. And it just so happens that I am wearing the t-shirt version of this right now...
Team: Minnesota Wild (NHL)
Years Worn: 2009-Present

Today's post is a Minnesota Twins home jersey. It is a replica of what the Twins wore from 2002 until last year. Prior to 2002, the TC logo was used as the sleeve patch, being replaced by the alternate logo at the time Ron Gardenhire took over as manager. This jersey is a replica, size XL. The sleeve patch was added by myself.
This is the home jersey I grew up watching my favorite baseball team in. I went to my first Twins game before 2002, so this technically is not the first jersey I saw the Twins in.
Just this season, the Twins made a few modifications to their home jerseys, updating the wordmark and sleeve patch.

Today's post is an Omaha Royals jersey. This particular jersey is a replica from a promotional giveaway by Bellvue University at Rosenblatt a few years ago. It was Alex Gordon night at the Blatt, even though he hadn't played a single game for AAA Omaha. Gordon went from AA minor league baseball right to Kansas City in the MLB. Gordon, now number 4, is currently having a great offensive season with the Omaha Royals, hoping for another chance at success in the big leagues. I had a chance to meet Alex when he played for the Nebraska baseball team. I got a few high-fives from then Huskers Joba Chamberlain, Brian Duensing, and AG, all of whom have been in the big leagues, at the 2005 Super Regionals at Haymarket Park in Lincoln.
Team: Omaha Royals (PCL)
Years Worn: 2009-2010*
Acquired From: Rosenblatt Stadium, Omaha, Nebraska

With baseball season almost here, it is time to share some of my baseball jerseys. I thought I would start with my Frank Thomas jersey, who recently retired from baseball. This is a replica jersey. Though I greatly dislike the White Sox, I have a lot of respect for the Big Hurt. Enjoy the number 35 jersey!
Team: Chicago White Sox (MLB)
